万峰学术论文 6）《冠心病治疗的新术式：打孔＋搭桥：国内首例临床应用的报道》（《应用激光杂志》1997年第2期）

摘要我们为一位４７岁患者成功的施行了国内首例ＴＭＬＲ＋ＣＡＢＧ手术。病人为严重广泛三支病变伴左心衰，ＬＶＥＦ２７％，激光在左室壁打孔４６个，搭桥４根，病人术后恢复顺利，症状消失，心功能明显改善，术后二周痊愈出院。

Currently we performed the first combined procedures of TMLR and CABG successfully in China. This is a 47 year-old patient with diffuse, severe triplevessels diseases, congestive heart failure with LVEF 27 %. The patient underwent TMLR with 46 laser channels in his LV wall and quart-bypass surgery. He was doing well and recovered smoothly during his postoperative course. His angina symptom has been disappeared and cardiac function improved. Thepatient was discharged from hospital two weeks post-operatively.
